Meadowlark Health Centre - Lifemark Health Group

  • Collaboration with the Partners in Canadian Veterans Rehabilitation Services to provide effective Veteran-centred care using a biopsychosocial approach with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams (i.e., physiotherapy, kinesiology, psychology, occupational therapy, rehabilitation specialists, and case coordinators).
  • Formal assessment responsibilities include interdisciplinary consultation, file review, test selection, clinical interview, test administration, interpretation of results (e.g., MCMI-IV, TSI-2-A, BHI-2), and integrated report writing to provide diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations.
  • Intervention responsibilities include providing individual evidence-supported treatments in relation to trauma- and stressor-related disorders, depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, substance-related concerns, and chronic pain. Intervention responsibilities also include working within interdisciplinary team to facilitate cohesive physical and mental health treatment programs.
  • Created and facilitate an 8-session, 8-week group psychoeducation program on mental health (e.g., sleep hygiene, emotion regulation) for clinic clients.
  • Clinical consultation, leadership, and knowledge translation on mental health related topics such as ethical decision making, evidence-based assessment and treatment, and suicide risk assessment.


Edmonton Early Psychosis Intervention Clinic - Alberta Health Services

  • Specialized mental health clinic aimed at improving clinical and functional outcomes for individuals experiencing a first-episode psychosis.
  • The multi-disciplinary team included Psychiatry, Psychology/Neuropsychology, Mental Health Therapists, Occupational Therapy, and Social Work.
  • Advanced clinical psychological assessment, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, clinical leadership and program development for complex client pathologies.
  • Created and facilitated a 24-session, 12-week CBT for Psychosis group treatment program for young adults.
